All packages are shipped through USPS with tracking.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee a timeframe for your item, however we can give a time guideline. Dresses can take as little as 3 weeks depending on how quickly we decide on materials, how quickly a mock up can be reviewed, how accessible those materials are (do they ship from overseas?), how complex your design is, and how many people are in line in front of you.
