What happened to Palouse Dress Co?

Owner/designer/creator Piper Gartner formerly Phillips is still the dressmaking mastermind, but instead of working behind the PDC label, like the new name suggests, she is Revived. After a cross country move and a complete life path change up, PDC was left in Washington State, and now in North Carolina Revival is born.

How much are Revival Custom Dresses?

There are four tiers for your one of a kind garment:


$650 - I - A simple reproduction with minimal custom pattern drafting, minimal trims and fabric

$750 -  II - Getting more elaborate, more details and fabric

$850 - III - An elaborate, full length custom design, heavy on the details, fabrics and trims

$950+ - IV - A show stopper! High end or multiple fabrics, one of a kind notions, extra special details, unique silhouettes- a look that says one in a million

Get a quote and and order

Piper will assess the work and materials needed to create your custom design. Next follow the link provided to checkout. A timeline will be given and a work contract will be provided.

Video Fitting

Piper will take your measurements, create a "mock up" bodice and mail it to you. Schedule a video chat and get fitted!

Watch your dreams come true on IG

Follow Revival on IG to see Piper hard at work! Dresses take about one to two weeks to complete and updates are posted to IG stories daily. If you would like email updates you need only request!
